Digital and vectorized maps give an illusion of perfect results in your navigation. But I don't remember a summer without seeing boats being towed of underwater rocks in the Stockholm archipelago. I touch ground a couple of times per year, usually harmless, but last summer the area around or rudder delaminated after a sever crash.
