I take orders from world wide. If your country is not listed, please contact me. Orders can be done through the webshop 24/7. If you have questions or special requests then please contact me via the contact form.
Normally I have everything in stock, however sometimes products can be temporary sold out and a delivery time could be max 2-3 weeks.
If products are not in stock (check status for this, it shows stock levels at each product) and you order, you are automatically placing a pre-order. If you order more parts than I have in stock, we I will only send what I have after you confirmed it. I do not backorder any parts. If some parts hasn't been sent in full, you need to re-order when we have parts in stock again. The difference is re-funded.
Support is always and only via e-mail. Support times can vary. This is still a hobby project. Based on the feedback I receive my support is much fast, accurate and helpful then the support you would receive from a prefessional marine vendor.
I can only accept payments with Paypal or wire transfer to my IBAN account (SEK or EURO). I will send out payment instructions before delivery for all private persons outside Sweden and for all companies outside Scandinavia & Finland.
Guarantee and Return
I am not giving you any guarantee on any of the components or modules like the NMEA Wifi Router. These are for hacking, development and testing purposes only. There is 1 year guarantee on all instruments or other branded items of 3rd party vendors if you did not modify them.
However, if the the components and modules are not working correctly or behave strangely at the time of delivery (and if you decided to send the package with tracking) I'll be either replacing, repairing or will otherwise help you to make it work. If you decide to have the package delivered without tracking then I am not taking any responsibility for lost or damaged goods.
So far I believe almost everyone was satisfied with my level of assistance and service.
